This site displays public Base mainnet addresses, transactions and contract data. The landing page fetches a public state snapshot; the dashboard provides public records.

Hosting and network providers receive HTTP requests. External explorer and social links use their own policies.

For T1, the snippets keep signing keys in a local file and produce signed relay URLs. For fetch-only T0, the passphrase reaches the relay, which derives and controls the account key. URL values may enter fetch, proxy or provider logs. Keep keys and passphrases private.

Transactions submitted to Base mainnet are public. Read the README's custody instructions before choosing an access method.
